Second Grade Newsletter!

Attention Parents:
Louise will be driving a combined bus route in the evenings starting Tuesday, April 18th and this will last for two weeks. If you are able to pick up your students it would be very helpful.

The Living Museum was a great experience! The students enjoyed dressing up and showing what they had learned. They all worked hard and did a great job! A big thank you to everyone who was able to come by and make this experience special for our students.

I am so proud of these second graders! They did amazing today during the Living Museum! They each researched their historical figure, memorized their paragraph, and presented in front of lots of people today.

Fourth grade researched scientists for the Living Museum. Their hard work paid off as they gave excellent presentations!

Thursday, the seventh grade made chocolate cake. Why? Because we read the novel The Outsiders and the students completed a worksheet using non-fiction information. The non-fiction information happened to be a recipe. Yes, the cake was yummy!

Last call for extra credit for 6th and 7th graders. I need the signed grade reports you got before you went on spring break! If you want extra credit, then I need them back by Friday, March 31!
